Built for consistent, quantitative analysis of human IgG, this kit uses Protein A affinity capture and an inverse occupancy signal format. The design supports accurate performance across a broad dynamic range, even in crude cell culture supernatants.
With strong reproducibility and reduced setup burden, it’s ideal for antibody screening and early-stage process development.

This kit uses a dip-sensor format with Protein A pre-coating. During incubation, antibodies bind via Fc interaction, followed by detection of unoccupied binding sites to generate an inverse signal.

This assay supports reproducible mAb quantification across high, mid, and low concentration ranges. Performance is maintained in both clarified and crude matrices, ideal for decision-making in clone selection, screening, or upstream development.
